24 hours a day, 7 days a week MATMUT assistance puts you in touch with its assistance service: accident or vehicle breakdown, water leakage, repatriation in case of injury or illness ... we are here.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing, the SMS contact (114) is reserved for you.
Assistance MATMUT also makes it possible to directly call the helpers (112) if necessary.
 
It's simple :
- Press the CALL HELP button on the home screen,
- Specify your need for assistance among the choices offered and voila. No need to introduce yourself and explain the purpose of your call: everything is already done! Result: you are rescued even faster.
 
In addition, thanks to geolocation, no need to search where you are: very convenient when you move.

- Save time in case of emergency, complete now the section MY INFOS: a few seconds are enough. You can also identify yourself with your Matmut access codes and benefit from the automatic entry of information about your contracts.
